The Fawcett Society, the UK’s leading charity focused on gender equality and women’s rights has revealed that in 2023 Equal Pay Day will be 22 November.

Equal Pay Day marks the day in the year when, based on the gender pay gap, women overall in the UK stop being paid compared to men.

Every month the Management Board members vote on nominations they put forward for a volunteer that they feel has been particularly dedicated, inspiring or just plain hard-working! It is because of our volunteers and their fantastic commitment to improving gender diversity in financial services that WIBF exists and continues to deliver our mission.

Siobhan Moran was nominated this month by Nicky King, Head of Corporate partnerships and this was seconded by Anna Lane.
