What Is Mentoring Anyway?

WIBF Glasgow is partnering with Tesco Bank to host a Mentoring event.

This will be a relaxed, informal session to allow attendees to learn more about mentoring from the perspective of the mentor and the mentee. The attendees will be split into smaller groups and paired with a WIBF mentor and mentee, who will discuss with you not only their personal experience of the WIBF mentoring programme; but what they have taken away from their mentoring experiences; how to get the most out of mentoring; what to do if a mentoring relationship isn’t working as well as answer any other questions you might have.

Members of the WIBF Scotland Board and WIBF Mentoring programme will also be attending and available to answer any questions.
