Nicky Dye

Nicky Dye is the Director and Founder of Claygate Yoga Clinic - Retreats | Yoga | Massage | Corporate Wellness Talks Nicky is passionate about health, healing and happiness. Following a corporate career in project management with British Airways, she chose to become a yoga teacher so that she could improve health outcomes in her community. Nicky has been a yoga practitioner for over 25 years, becoming a qualified teacher in 2015. She is a certified therapeutic teacher in the application of yoga for Cancer, Long Covid, Chronic Fatigue & Burnout, Teen Yoga and Female Health. She is an expert in sleep and peri/menopause health. She draws on her knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Chakra System, Ayurveda and Sleep RecoveryTM, to deliver 6 Week Sleep RecoveryTM Programmes, Better Sleep workshops, sleep therapy and corporate talks.
