Susan Hope is a Workplace Savings Specialist at Scottish Widows leading a business development team for workplace pensions. She is a Chartered Financial Planner with over 30 years experience. Her particular passions are salary exchange and the gender pension gap, as part of wider employee engagement on the benefits of workplace savings.

Judith joined RBC Brewin Dolphin in 2013 and is a Financial Planner in the Edinburgh office. She provides advice and creates financial plans for a range of private clients as well as professionals, retired individuals, families, trusts and companies. She is also part of the Family Law Team within the Edinburgh office which means that she works closely with solicitors on issues such as divorce settlements and assists divorcees with their financial planning needs. 

Judith began her financial services career at RBC Brewin Dolphin and has worked in various roles in both the Aberdeen and Edinburgh Financial Planning teams. She has a Diploma in Financial Planning through the Chartered Insurance Institute.

Helen Woodford is a senior lawyer at the UK law firm Burges Salmon. Since she qualified as a solicitor in 2001, Helen has specialised in advising employers and trustee boards on the application of pensions law. Based in the firm’s Edinburgh office, Helen leads Burges Salmon’s pensions team in Scotland
