About this event

WIBF are delighted to be in partnership with Impact Match to host their very first #ImpactMakers Masterclass. This month we're with Pips Bunce, a leading voice in Diversity and Inclusion, for a masterclass in advocacy, activism and allyship for global social impact.

Pips brings over three decades of experience to the table as an accomplished IT Executive, senior leader, technical architect, public speaker, coach and mentor, with extensive knowledge and industry best practice across the global financial markets and technology sectors including Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, UBS and Bank of England.

From speaking in Parliament and working with the Government Equalities Office, through to the hundreds of other firms they have advised and spoken at, Pips is a catalyst for positive change, corporate culture and galvanising strong people and leadership skills.

Why is this important?

  • Authenticity and safety: Explore the risk of alienation and the importance of creating supportive environments through effective allyship programmes.
  • Beyond allyship: Learn how to move from ally to advocate or activist, using your platform to empower others and create lasting change.
