Volunteering can give you room to try something new and make a meaningful contribution. Depending on the role, you could gain leadership experience, work with people from across financial services, build your network and help shape work that reaches women throughout the UK.

You don’t need to be at a particular career stage. We welcome people with different experiences, perspectives and skills.

Our volunteers support WIBF in many ways: leading regional branches and networks, delivering events and programmes, mentoring, developing partnerships, contributing to thought leadership, and helping the organisation run and grow.

Some opportunities are focused on a specific project; others are ongoing leadership or team roles. Each vacancy explains what’s involved and the time commitment.
