December 2021: Erika Mackie

Erika joined the Memberships team as their data analyst in January this year having already been an active member of WIBF’s Edinburgh Committee since March 2020. Erika has been a much valued addition to the team, quickly getting to grips with our data to make it more meaningful. She has also impressed our CEO, Deborah Vickers, with her ability to pick things up quickly and deliver on projects.

Erika is one of WIBF’s many volunteers who are working behind the scenes to help us deliver our mission. Natalie Gill, Director of Memberships said “I’m delighted that Erika has been recognised for her contribution to WIBF over the past year. She has brought a strong analytical approach to our team and has been instrumental in developing an impact-driven KPI dashboard for our corporate partners. She is always interested to broaden her knowledge and to support fellow volunteers to ensure that WIBF is an effective, results-driven organisation, supporting our members to make a difference on gender diversity in financial services.”
