April 2022 – Chloe Hickey-Jones

Chloe joined WIBF nearly two years ago as the Future Leader supporting our Thought Leadership strand, which included our ACT Research Programme, Accelerating Change Together. More recently, Chloe took on her current role leading the Future Leaders Network.

Chloe was nominated for volunteer of the month by the Future Leaders’ Shadow Board Co-Chairs, Rachel Harbers and Sarah Woodard. They have been impressed with Chloe’s commitment and drive to launch the Future Leaders Network. In particular they have seen her work tirelessly and creatively to maximise the reach of their recruitment efforts for another Co-Head. They said “her interview preparation was exemplary, with scoring systems, mapping out key skills and conscientiously reviewing applications. We are excited the Future Leaders Network will have strong leadership under Chloe and she has demonstrated the skills and dedication necessary to launch this community.”

On a personal note, Rachel and Sarah added “Chloe is a pleasure to volunteer with and we can’t wait to see the progress of the Network under her leadership.”
