Accelerating Change Research Programme Part 1 released

We are delighted to have launched the Accelerating Change Together Research (ACT) Programme during our 40th Anniversary year, and to be sharing today the inaugural survey findings on the barriers and opportunities for women working in the financial services industry.

Accelerating Change Together Part 1: Changing the Narrative delivers ground breaking and cutting edge data and perspective from across the sector, reflecting responses from nearly 2,000 financial services professionals during the current extraordinary circumstances of a sector tackling the challenges of Covid-19.

The survey was conducted by our partners The Wisdom Council and the London School of Economics and Political Science. The findings will form an important foundation for the ACT Programme, the first cross sector initiative to drive policy change to better support and retain women working in financial services.
