Join us at CYBG Head Office on the evening of Tuesday 25th June 2019 for an opportunity to develop new tools to support your own learning and development, in an area that is critical to our day to day activity, and something most of us face on a regular basis, working through change and dealing with pressure.

At CYBG we have worked in partnership with Positive who are a specialist learning provider working across the corporate, public and educational sectors. Their work is informed by research in psychology, neuroscience and the medical sciences. They translate the relevant principles of psychology and human behaviour into practical, versatile tools and techniques that enable individuals, teams and organisations to manage pressure and adapt to change and uncertainty.

Join some of our trained Positive Leaders, who will share top tips on aspects of the programme like the Emotional Barometer, developing a Growth Mindset and crucially how these tools will help you with your own career today, and in future.
