The room was full of positivity and admiration for Susan Allen, Santander UK’s Head of Retail Distribution, after her WIBF interview this month. Susan gave an honest account of how she navigated her way to the top including the challenges she faced and the opportunities that presented themselves along the way.

It was fascinating evening with Susan sharing her insights on women in finance as she had done recently at the Government’s Treasury Select Committee. Susan gave some top tips that she has learnt along the way and was incredibly generous with her time answering numerous questions and staying to mingle with WIBF members. We are extremely fortunate to have such a wonderful role model within the WIBF network.
