About this Event

Embark on a transformative journey with us at our upcoming group mentoring session event, "Leading with Intent." This session promises an exhilarating exploration of leadership dynamics, where interactive and thought provoking discussions will unlock the potential within each participant. What makes this session truly exciting is its focus on uncovering not just individual strengths, but also collective strategies.

The Group Mentoring sessions are designed for a small group of 20 participants to discuss how to lead with intent. Bring your experience and share with the group on how you see inclusive leadership, and build a community of support with others in the mentoring programme.

Group Mentoring Programme is aimed at current participants of the WIBF Mentoring Programme - open to both Mentors & Mentees - we aim to bring our community together to discuss common challenges faced by our community. Places are a first come first serve basis - don't hesitate!

If you would like to attend and are not a part of the Mentoring Programme - join us! https://www.wibf.org.uk/mentoring/
