Portfolio Non-Executive Director Helen Stevenson

Helen started her career with Mars where she spent 19 years, culminating in her role as European Marketing Director, leading category strategy development across Europe. She joined Lloyds TSB in 2003 as Director of Group Marketing responsible for the group brand portfolio and marketing and the retail customer experience.

Under her tenure the LTSB brand and the customer experience were re-invigorated and she delivered a step change in the ROI of the marketing budgets and the value and use of customer insight. She then spent 5 years as Chief Marketing Officer at Yell Group UK driving the transformation of the business from a print publisher to a digital marketing services organisation for SMEs.She has been working as a Non-Executive Director for over a decade, serving on the main board of the Department of Work and Pensions, Kin + Carta PLC, Skipton Building Society and Reach boards where she was variously SID and Remco Chair.

She now chairs RM PLC and is Non-executive director and Remco Chair at IG Group PLC. Additionally she is a Governor at Wellington College where she chairs the Educational Enterprises Board and sits on the Strategic Advisory Board at Henley Business School.

Non-Executive Chair and Director Sally-Ann Hibberd

Sally-Ann has an extensive background in financial services and technology. She previously served as Chief Operating Officer of the International Division, and latterly as Group Operations and Technology Director of Willis Group, and has held a number of senior executive roles at Lloyds TSB.

Sally-Ann has been a Non-Executive Director of Shawbrook Group plc, Equiniti Group plc and The Co-operative Bank plc, serving as Chair or a member for a number of committees including Risk, Audit, Nomination and Remuneration.

She currently serves as Chair of Central Topco Limited (Clear Group) and Non-Executive Director of Simon Midco Limited (Lowell Group), where she chairs the Risk and Sustainability Committees.

Sally-Ann holds a BSc Civil Engineering from Loughborough University and an MBA from CASS Business School.

Heather is also regularly called on to share her business expertise and diversity advice to businesses, government and not for profits.

Heather is also Chair and Non Executive Director of CMI Women, non executive director at Enterprise Enfield and a patron to Women in Banking and Finance.
