What does effective D&I measurement look like? How do we really measure the reach and impact of D&I initiatives within our organisations?

In the last of this year’s closed-group roundtables exclusively for our WIBF Partners, we invite you to a facilitated discussion on the effective measurement and evaluation of D&I.

As many of us close out the calendar year with performance evaluations and annual impact reports, and as we begin to set our objectives for the coming year, this is a timely consideration of how best to measure our impact as D&I practitioners, champions and advocates – from both an individual and an organisational perspective.

We are also delighted to be joined by Janet Lane, EMEA Head of Privacy at LSEG, who will share her expertise on the privacy rules around taking a data-led approach on D&I.

This will be an open and informal 50-minute discussion amongst our WIBF D&I Community - which is made up of our WIBF Institutional Partners, your Heads of D&I, your gender network leads, and your senior-level gender champions.

We will:

  • Share current practice on gender-related KPIs, and what you have found to be most effective for measuring the impact of D&I initiatives
  • Consider the potential impact of the recent UK Regulatory D&I discussion paper and pilot data survey on how we conduct performance evaluations, particularly for SMFs, in the future
  • Identify opportunities to improve current evaluations of inclusive behaviour, looking beyond gender representation data
  • Should we apply a maturity scale to different D&I approaches to benchmark progress? How would this be implemented?

This roundtable will be most suited for Heads of D&I and/or the Chairs & Sponsors of your Gender/Women’s Networks.

This event will be hosted virtually via Zoom.

If you are a WIBF Institutional member and have not received an invite, please email [email protected].
