Natural leaders communicate effortlessly - they can capture and hold the attention of their audience, connecting with them and moving them to action. They walk with ease into a room full of strangers, they hold their space as they speak and they have impact and influence.

What is their secret? They don’t pay attention to what they are ‘doing’, they pay attention to how they are ‘being’. They have a heightened awareness of how their thoughts, feelings and actions are aligning in any moment. To others they appear authentic and empowered.

In this interactive workshop, co-hosted with Deloitte, we will explore and reveal the natural leader within you. We will work with your body, breath and voice to explore your impact. You will learn what it takes for you to be physically at ease, emotionally and intellectually open and also understand how to connect with your audience, whether that is a group of five or 500.

Key Takeaways:

  • Don’t do more, be more.
  • Connect to your confidence.
  • Know how to hold your space with others.
  • Discover the range of the natural leader within you.
  • Design the personal impact you wish to have.
  • Tap into the natural intelligence in your body, breath and voice.
  • Use your voice to speak so others listen.
