Do you ever find yourself lying awake at night, listening to your inner critic, worrying that you’re somehow ‘not good enough’ or that people might ‘find you out’? If yes, you are not alone. It’s good old Imposter Syndrome.

In this highly interactive session, Clare Josa – author of Ditching Imposter Syndrome – will be explaining why all of that happens, teaching you how to set yourself free from Imposter Syndrome, and even how to start turning your inner critic into a genuine cheerleader.

She’ll share strategies to spot the early warning signs in colleagues and yourself (they’re masters of disguise), as well as the five super-common myths you need to ditch, unless you want to stay stuck with Imposter Syndrome forever. And you’ll get to ditch them right there on the workshop.

The practical strategies you will learn can stay with you for life – and they can even help to prevent lockdown burnout and increase your natural resilience. Plus you’ll learn about how to handle this with co-workers and team members, so you can support them, too.

Clare Josa

Clare Josa is the UK’s leading authority on Imposter Syndrome, having spent the past fifteen years working with business leaders to help them to overcome it, as well as leading the landmark 2019 Imposter Syndrome Research Study and publishing her new book: Ditching Imposter Syndrome.

An expert in the neuroscience and psychology of performance, her original training as an engineer, specialising in Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing, means her inspirational approach is grounded in practical common sense, creating breakthroughs not burnout.

She is the author of eight books and has been interviewed by the likes of The Independent, The Daily Telegraph and Radio 4, amongst others. Clare speaks internationally on how to change the world by changing yourself.
