Patricia Gondim – Volunteer of the month – August 2021

Patricia became a WIBF volunteer in October last year and took on the role of WIBF’s Head of ACT Marketing. She was nominated as volunteer of the month by Liz Hughes who recently stepped down as the Director of Thought Leadership and led WIBF’s Accelerating Change Together (ACT) research programme. When nominating Patricia for the award, Liz said:

“I’m nominating Patricia as she has been an absolute superstar in the lead up to and with the launch of WIBF’s ACT research programme first year report. Patricia spent hours drafting, reviewing and organising the communications and it was great to have her leading this aspect of the project. She quickly got up to speed and led with confidence. She is a self-starter committed to delivery, even though at the time of the launch she had also started a new job. She is a safe pair of hands on which you can rely, and is always so proactive and helpful. Patricia is a hugely valuable member of the team who was key to the success of ACT this year.”
