Jasmine is the Head of Reward in EMEA region for Macquarie Group. She is a senior HR professional with strong reward expertise and background in tax, accounting and legal. As the Head of Reward, she oversees the Macquarie’s remuneration and benefits framework in the region and navigates the complexity and challenges of the EU/UK regulated environment. Prior to joining Macquarie, she held senior leadership roles in other listed global organisations. Her goal is to utilise her skills and experience at board-level for “not-for-profit” to benefit the wider community.

Jasmine brings a diverse perspective to leadership teams having being born and raised on the island of Borneo prior to her and her family migrating to Australia in her formative years. In mid-2016, she relocated to London with her husband and two year old son. “
