Janet Thomas is Founder and CEO of TouchFX. An expert on The Hague-based Panel of Recognised International Market Experts in Finance, Janet is an established investment banker who has developed award winning technological innovations for the banking industry, at some of the world’s leading financial institutions, including Citi and ABN AMRO Bank.

She serves on the board of the Powerlist Foundation and, from 2013, has consistently featured on the Powerlist of the 100 Most Influential Black professionals in the UK. In 2009, she won the Women in the City Achievement Award for her business achievements and efforts in helping advance women in the industry.

Melanie is responsible for establishing the BlackRock presence in Hungary. She joined BlackRock in 2011 and, prior to her current role, transformed the UK defined contribution administration business ahead of its sale and transition to Aegon. Melanie has been an active member of WIN EMEA since she joined the firm and took over as co chair in 2015. Melanie is Vice President of Women in Banking and Finance where she actively supports all levels of women in the industry. She coaches and mentors both internally and externally. Brummell Magazine named her a City Champion of Diversity in their list of Inspirational Women 2015.

Joining BP in 2014, Natalie is responsible for the global management of commercial activities for moving BP’s hydrocarbons on water. She leads teams based in London, Singapore and Chicago and is a member of the BP Shipping Leadership Team.

Natalie has served on the global steering committee of the BP Women’s International Network and is a member of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Women’s Network Forum.

E. Noel Harwerth is Chair of GE Capital Bank Europe. She is also a non-executive director of Standard Life plc, The London Metal Exchange, Sirius Minerals. She serves as SID on the board of CHAPS, is Chairman of the UK Export Finance Agency and serves on the board of the Department of International Trade.

Noel is a liveryman of the Worshipful Company of International Bankers, board member of The Committee of 200, member of the International Women’s Forum, and serves on the board of the British Horseracing Authority. She is Chair of the UK Chapter of Women Corporate Directors.

Nigel heads up the leadership function at the UK’s training and development organisation, where he focuses on leadership development and executive coaching in both the UK and Continental Europe. For almost three decades, until 2012, Nigel was a career banking professional, working at executive level for a number of leading financial services organisations.

As well as his support and advocacy for Women in Banking & Finance, Nigel is an Ambassador for both the British Forces Foundation and the Defence Medical Welfare Service.

Sophie is a Senior Manager within Lloyds Banking Group’s Customer Journey Transformation team. Sophie works tirelessly to share resources created by Lloyds and partners across the UK and has built a number of strategic partnerships to deliver digital skills training to over 1,000 of the Group’s charity and business customers. Sophie was recognised in the 2015 Guardian 300’s publication as a Rising Star alongside just nine others across the UK and was shortlisted for the 2016 Women of the Future awards. Sophie was the 2016 WIBF Young Professional Award winner.

Vivienne is a Managing Director and General Counsel for Intellectual Property, Technology Legal for the EMEA and APAC regions and for Privacy Legal globally, in the General Counsel’s Office at Citi, in London. Prior to joining Citi in 2000, Vivienne worked in private practice in London.

Vivienne has recently been appointed to the IAPP European Advisory Board. She is a steering committee member of the UK's Citi Women Network, and a Citi Women Community Ambassador, a former chair of the Legal Diversity Council for EMEA and is currently on the global Legal Diversity Council.
