We were thrilled to welcome David Holton as the next guest in the Women in Banking & Finance Personal Excellence mini-series.
This series features Senior Leaders from the financial services industry (and beyond), who are passionate about diversity and inclusion, share with us the lessons they have learnt throughout their careers. This is an opportunity for our members and guests to hear Senior Leaders discussing what challenges they have overcome, what advice they have been given and what they would do differently if they had their time again.
David is the Chief Transformation Officer at specialist SME lender Cambridge and Counties Bank, responsible for the bank’s change function and the continued evolution of its people, process, technology and data capabilities.
David is passionate about addressing the gender imbalances that exist in the financial services industry and is an avid campaigner in this space having led work specifically looking at getting more women into investing and long-term savings. David is also a member of the MAPS UK Financial Wellbeing Strategy - Gender and Financial Wellbeing Challenge Group.
