Every decision you make is based on your core values (your personal motivators) whether you are consciously aware of them or not. This workshop will help you to discover your values, establish your true motivators and understand the power of your values priority order (and this is often not what you would think).

Workshop facilitator, Jo Simpson, will share with you how living and leading from your core values is the key to happiness and success in all areas of your life.

Workshop structure
Ahead of the workshop you will complete a Values Discovery Assessment, which will kick-start your discovery process and enable you to make the most of the session.

During the workshop you will find out what has been driving your success (or lack of it) so far, as well as what is really important to you and how to align with this. You will explore what is currently driving all your decisions, actions and relationships and why you act the way you do.

You will find out how to make more courageous and confident decisions and how to naturally engage and empower others.
You will use the new knowledge of your own values to set inspiring goals for greater success in all areas of your life.
