Victoria White

  • Future Leaders Shadow Board

Victoria is a Senior Actuarial Manager within Insurance Finance at Lloyds Banking Group (LBG), working within Finance Change. Victoria started as an intern at LBG and worked in a variety of Pricing, Technical and Change roles on her journey to becoming a qualified actuary.

Victoria leads in various Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives at LBG. As part of this, Victoria volunteers with the Career Development workstream of the LBG Women’s Network, Breakthrough, and co-leads her divisional DE&I committee.

Victoria is a strong advocate for fostering inclusive workplace culture and is passionate about equal progression opportunities. She believes it is crucial to recognise and embrace our individual differences in the workplace, valuing a diversity of input and ensuring everyone can reach their full potential. Victoria is excited to get more involved with WIBF as part of the FLSB to champion for positive change within the banking and finance sector.
