Lucy Rawles

Lucy is a Senior Manager at Lloyds Banking Group (LBG). Having started her career in private banking, Lucy joined LBG’s graduate scheme in 2018 before pursuing a variety of leadership roles in retail and consumer banking.

Lucy is a passionate advocate for gender DE&I, determined to create more space for marginalised women and those from lower socioeconomic backgrounds.

Outside of work and WIBF, Lucy is an active volunteer at a local homeless shelter – a cause close to her heart.
