I’m Fiorela, and I’ve been part of WIBF’s Thought Leadership Team for over a year and a half. In my day job, I work as a Project Manager and Business Developer at a consultancy, and I bring that same drive for collaboration and growth to my work with WIBF. During this time, I’ve gained hands-on experience organising events, working with partners, and building my network, all while living WIBF’s mission firsthand.

Being in the early years of my career, I know how important it is to get involved and seize opportunities to grow. I’m passionate about helping shape those opportunities for the next generation of WIBF members, and supporting women of all backgrounds and career stages along the way.
