Beth Fitzpatrick is a Senior Data Management Consultant at Royal London, specialising in metadata management, reference data, and the practical application of Artificial Intelligence in financial services. She has a strong reputation for strategic thinking, building effective cross-functional partnerships, and delivering industry-leading solutions to the highest professional standard.

Beth co-leads Royal London’s partnership with Women in Data and volunteers with DAMA UK & DAMA Ireland, helping to create inclusive professional communities at the fast-moving intersection of data and financial services. An experienced volunteer beyond her professional role, Beth has also led initiatives across sporting and mental health charities, bringing characteristic energy, rigour, and commitment to every contribution.

As Individual Memberships Co-Lead on the FLSB, Beth is motivated by a desire to give back to an industry shaped by the women who came before her, and to help strengthen the path for the next generation of leaders through sustainable, future-focused thinking.
