Alice Leaf is Associate Director and Global Development Manager for Financial Services at Edelman Smithfield, where she advises global financial institutions on strategic communications, executive engagement and stakeholder management. She partners with senior leaders across financial services to deliver high-impact communications programmes and develop global resources that help teams provide consistent, data-led advice and best-in-class client outcomes.

Previously, Alice worked at Goldman Sachs in the Engineering division, where she held communications, diversity and recruiting roles spanning internal and external communications, inclusion initiatives and early-career talent programmes.

She is passionate about championing women’s progression and creating more inclusive pathways across the industry.
