Rachel Mann is a Vice President at BlackRock in the International Cash Sales Team based in London. Rachel is in the Asset Management coverage team with a focus on the private markets sector. Rachel started her career at Goldman Sachs in London in the FX and Commodity Derivatives Confirmations and Private Wealth Management teams for 5 years. Rachel then moved to Cazenove Capital (part of Schroders) in Edinburgh as an Assistant Portfolio Manager for 3 years.

Rachel is currently Co-head of the Women in Banking and Finance (WIBF) Future Leaders Network and is on the Future Leaders Shadow Board. Rachel is passionate about equality within the financial sector and is excited to be taking on a leadership role in WIBF to drive positive change and champion women in the industry. Rachel is looking forward to growing the Future Leaders Network by strengthening relationships with existing members and attracting new members through WIBF’s industry events, mentoring programmes, thought leadership research and personal excellence programme. She is also an active member of the following financial industry networks: Girls Are Investors (GAIN), 100 Women in Finance (100WF), Women in ETFs (WETFs) and Women in Financial Markets (WIFM).

Rachel holds the Investment Advice Diploma in Securities, Derivatives, Regulation and Taxation from the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment (The CISI).
