Olivia Hunneyball

Olivia Hunneyball works in Business Development at RealQ, where she leads fixed income dealer relationships across EMEA. With a background spanning execution trading, QA, and technology consulting, Olivia brings a deep understanding of both the commercial and technical landscape of financial services. She was also named a Markets Media Rising Star in 2025.

Committed to championing the next generation of talent, Olivia has organised several informal networking series for women in fixed income, and has mentored through The Girls’ Network and been part of the TP ICAP internship buddy programme for three years. These experiences shaped her belief that access to the right people, conversations, and opportunities can fundamentally change a career trajectory.

Alongside her role at RealQ, Olivia serves as Co-Head of the Future Leaders Network at Women in Banking and Finance. She is passionate about creating a programme that is practical, honest, and genuinely useful, helping members not just to connect, but to grow into leaders who can drive meaningful change across the industry.
