
Laura Medford
Laura Medford is an Organisational Effectiveness Consultant at Royal London and is based near Manchester. Since joining Royal London in 2014, Laura has built a broad range of experience across the organisation, holding roles spanning operations, change and technology before moving into the People team, where Laura now focuses on organisational effectiveness, employee experience and culture.
Working closely with leaders across the business, Laura uses colleague insight and employee listening to help drive meaningful change and support the development of inclusive, high-performing teams. As part of this, Laura partners with Royal London’s internal colleague networks, helping to foster an environment where colleagues can thrive.
Laura holds a Level 5 CIPD qualification, apprenticeship in Learning and Development Consultancy and has also completed Business Skills for Inclusion Practitioners. Committed to continuous learning and professional development, Laura regularly attends industry events and networks to stay informed on emerging trends and best practice across people, culture and leadership.
Alongside a career in financial services, Laura serves as Co-Head of the Future Leaders Network at Women in Banking and Finance. Passionate about supporting the development of diverse talent, Laura is excited to support the next generation of future leaders by creating opportunities for individuals to connect, develop and build fulfilling careers.
