Niamh is a Senior Transformation Consultant at EY, sitting within the Wealth and Asset Management sector. She works with global financial services organisations to deliver large-scale transformation programmes, supporting clients through strategic change and complex implementations.

Since joining EY through the graduate scheme, Niamh has progressed through a range of transformation roles, gaining experience across technology modernisation, process optimisation and platform selection initiatives. She has worked on high-profile programmes requiring close collaboration with senior stakeholders and global teams, contributing to the successful delivery of transformation programmes.

Niamh is passionate about promoting diversity within financial services and is particularly interested in initiatives that encourage greater female representation and inclusive leadership across the industry.
