Imogen Gammidge

Imogen is a Vice President in Citi’s Markets Operations Transformation team, where she manages change programmes to drive simplification and continuous improvement. Previously, Imogen worked in consulting at EY, specialising in operating model design, process improvement, and strategy for clients across financial services.

Passionate about supporting the next generation of talent through WIBF, she has led the Future Me student mentoring programme, designed to connect current university students with future leaders to offer guidance, support, and a real-world view of the financial services industry. She also sits on the shadow board of Citi’s women’s network under the professional development pillar and previously led the Women in Insurance Network (WIN) at EY. Now Co-Chair of the FLSB, Imogen is looking forward to building on strong foundations and taking the board’s impact to the next level.

The common thread throughout Imogen’s professional and voluntary work is transformation – whether reshaping a business process or redesigning a mentoring programme, she is at her best when helping people move from vision to impact.
