Victoria is a Senior Manager within Insurance Finance at Lloyds Banking Group (LBG), working in Finance Change. Victoria is a qualified actuary and started as an intern at LBG working across a wide variety of Pricing, Technical and Change roles during her time at LBG.
Victoria leads in various Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives at LBG. As part of this, Victoria volunteers in the Career Development workstream of the LBG Women’s Network, Breakthrough, and co-leads her divisional DE&I committee.
Victoria is a strong advocate for fostering inclusive workplace culture and is passionate about empowering and supporting women of all ages across all UK locations to pursue and progress in careers within Financial Services. Victoria has volunteered with WIBF for 2 years as part of the Future Leaders Shadow Board (FLSB) and Governance Committee and is excited to get more involved with the regional WIBF teams as part of WIBF NI.
