Becky Breen

Becky Breen is a Product Manager within Savings at Lloyds Banking Group, where she focuses on delivering customer-centric solutions that support financial wellbeing and long-term value. Her role involves shaping the product strategy and ensuring Savings propositions align with regulatory expectations and deliver good outcomes for customers.

Previously, Becky worked in the Transport team, where she was responsible for effective governance practices and embedding the Consumer Duty regulations into product design and oversight. Prior to that, she supported Product Engagement for Mortgages, leading the planning and execution of key mortgage campaigns across the business.

Becky began her career on the Lloyds Banking Group graduate programme, gaining broad experience across customer-facing and head-office roles to develop a deep understanding of how a large retail bank serves its diverse customer base.

In addition to her day job, Becky leads the Career Development Workstream within Breakthrough, Lloyds Banking Group’s women’s network. She is passionate about supporting women at all stages of their careers and is committed to creating a more inclusive and equitable Banking and Finance sector.
