
David Holton
David is the Chief Transformation Officer at specialist SME lender Cambridge and Counties Bank, responsible for the bank’s change function and the continued evolution of its people, process, technology and data capabilities. Prior to this David has worked at EY, advising financial services organisations through their transformation journeys as well as various senior roles across Lloyds Banking Group.
David is passionate about addressing the gender imbalances that exist in the financial services industry and is an avid campaigner in this space having led work specifically looking at getting more women into investing and long-term savings. David is also a member of the MAPS UK Financial Wellbeing Strategy – Gender and Financial Wellbeing Challenge Group.
David believes the best way to address many of the issues in the UK’s personal finances is via education in schools and delivers talks on financial literacy to schools across the UK. David is keen to see this topic given a greater focus on the curriculum.
