People of Impact is a series celebrating individuals who are making a meaningful contribution across banking, finance and financial services.

Through personal profiles and interviews, the series highlights the experiences, achievements and perspectives of people whose work is creating positive change within their organisations, communities and the wider industry. From emerging talent to senior leaders, each story offers a unique insight into the many different ways people are making an impact.

By sharing these stories, we hope to recognise success, inspire others and showcase the breadth of talent, leadership and dedication that exists across the financial services sector.

  • People of Impact is a WIBF profile series celebrating individuals from our corporate partners who are making a meaningful contribution across financial services. Through interviews and personal stories, the series showcases a diverse range of experiences, achievements and perspectives from across the industry.

  • We are always interested in hearing about individuals who are making a positive contribution across financial services or who has an interesting story.

    If your organisation is a WIBF Corporate Partner, please speak to your organisation's WIBF contact about submitting a profile.

    If you would like to suggest someone for consideration, or are unsure how the process works, please contact operations@wibf.org.uk and the team will be happy to advise.

    WIBF also produces a range of other content, including member stories, volunteer features, thought leadership and career-focused profiles. If you have an idea for a story, article or content feature that may be suitable for another WIBF channel, please contact our Content Manager.

  • People of Impact is currently only available to WIBF Corporate Partner organisations. If your organisation would like to learn more about partnering with WIBF, please contact operations@wibf.org.uk.
