Women In Broking – Female Graduate/Undergraduate Recruitment Event
news published date 3 October 2025Join Women In Broking and Peel Hunt LLP on the Wednesday 15 October and be part of a networking event to listen and meet employers in the Broking Industry. This event is open to all females who have recently graduated or are graduating in 2026. We also welcome young females who are not in higher education but are looking for an entry level career role within a financial services firm and are curious about working within a broking firm.
Agenda
5:30 pm – Welcome Drinks and networking
6:00pm – Panel discussion – women who work within Broking firms, one speaker from each firm represented
6:30pm – Breakout for students/young women to visit stalls of each firm
7:30 – Brief Panel – recent graduates working at the firms represented speaking about their initial experience
7:45- Networking drinks to close
CLARC Recruitment will provide the following
- how to be interview ready
- holding a CV Clinic for the delegates.
- The current recruitment landscape
- how candidates can position themselves to stand out.
There will also be an opportunity to hear from experienced women working in the finance industry, to network and ask questions. Women In Broking is committed to increase gender imbalance within broking firms and raise awareness of the great careers women can have within this sector.
