WIBF’s Future Leaders Shadow Board expands

The shadow board consists of members of the banking and finance community who are early on in their careers and shadow the WIBF Management Board, with the purpose of supporting the Management Committees, offering fresh perspectives and furthering new ideas to empower members of our network to accelerate change.

Welcome to –

Gabriella Kehily – Gabi is an Investment Counsellor at Citi Private Bank and joins us a relationship manager, working with Nicky King and our corporate members. –

Lauren Smith – Lauren joins Gabi, volunteering as a relationship manager with our corporate members. She is a Lead UX Designer focusing on inclusive digital experiences for clients and colleagues across asset management, wealth, and retail. –

Lauren Cassells – Lauren will be shadowing Beverley Brown, Head of talent recognition, head of female entrepreneurs and Alumni lead. Lauren is the Design Lead in the Financial Conduct Authority Innovation Lab team, leading on the regulatory hackathon programme.

And, finally, Lizzy Merrall joins Monica Gupta as co-head of the student engagement strategy at WIBF. Lizzy is an investment analyst at Top Tier Capital Partners where she helps make primary and secondary investments in venture capital funds and co-investments in select portfolio companies across EMEA.
