My banking journey began in 2018. While managing my day-to-day responsibilities, I started organising mentoring walks with the Vital Voices Europe, sparking my passion for empowering communities through networking. This golden thread of broadening networks and paying it forward has continued throughout my career, through mentoring students with Career Ready and the University of Bristol, and leading volunteering and donation drives with Smart Works Charity, empowering women through interview coaching and professional attire.

Currently, I co-chair the Future Leaders Shadow Board (FLSB) for Women in Banking and Finance – UK. This organisation has championed women in financial services for over 40 years, and I am proud to contribute to its mission by advocating for governance and youth representation together with my co-chair Lauren Cassells.”
