Women In Banking & Finance (WIBF) is a UK based membership organisation for female professionals in finance and banking looking to achieve their full career potential, helping to bolster female contribution to the banking and finance industry, reinforcing the gender agenda along the way. This not-for-profit gender organisation is primarily staffed by voluntary Executive and Management Committees around the UK, and is seeking a CFO for a three year term.


In this job as CFO of Women In Banking & Finance, you will oversee the finances of the UK based gender-focussed organisation, and its constituent committees across the UK, to offer a job board of employment opportunities with leading employers, career development events, networking opportunities, thought leadership and mentoring to our members. As the CFO in the UK, you will liaise with our established and influential Patrons and Advisory Board, the Executive Board and the Management Board, participating to board meetings and AGM, and acting as the central point of contact for all financial matters for Women In Banking & Finance to ensure strong business capability and appropriate planning and budgeting to support our financial structure.


Now in our 40th year, the well-established Women In Banking & Finance organisation continues to go from strength to strength. Head quartered in London, with branches in Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Manchester, as the CFO you will have scope to support the financial growth of this foremost gender organisation further into our fifth decade and innovate to differentiate WIBF from other gender organisations.
