The Vote 100 Women in Business Summit 2018 opened by The Countess of Wessex

WIBF President Vivienne Artz attended the summit alongside a platform of distinguished women to discuss the key issues facing British business today, including the critical importance of diversity in the boardroom and among senior management.

“HRH The Countess of Wessex, GCVO, Chair, The Women’s Network Forum and Global Ambassador, 100 Women in Finance’s Next Generation initiative, opened The Vote 100 Women in Business Summit, which was held in partnership with the Women’s Network Forum, the Government Equalities Office, the Women’s Business Council, UN Women UK and 100 Women in Finance in London on 17th April 2018.

2018 is the centenary of the 1918 “Representation of the People Act’, which gave women the vote for the first time, the conference opens with a session that reviews how female leadership has changed over the last century.

WIBF were proud supporters of this event, and President Vivienne Artz said after the event ‘An Inspirational day at the Summit with so many inspiring speakers and a plethora of OBE’s and MBE’s – such amazing women and male champions for women!​’
