I do hope you, your families and colleagues are keeping well. We continue to monitor Covid-19 developments and associated government advice and we are amending our calendar of events to reflect this.

We are putting on digital events where possible – thank you to those of you who joined us for WIBF’s first virtual PEP last month and our first virtual Partners meeting this week; both received excellent feedback. The WIBF website www.wibf.org.uk remains the first port of call for updates and changes to our programmes and plans, so do look out for further online WIBF events.

You may also want to take a moment to listen to the City AM podcasts covering a range of interesting topics, and which today features an interview I gave yesterday. Please click here.

WIBF AWARDS FOR ACHIEVEMENT
Many congratulations again to the Shortlisted candidates for the 23rd Annual Awards for Achievement – you can see the details of the hugely impressive shortlisters here.

DIGITAL NETWORKS
Do remember to take time to leverage our network digitally and stay connected. We can all support one another in these unprecedented times when we are balancing work with family and community concerns while living a very different daily life. Let us lean on one another professionally and keep in touch digitally. Ask for advice, share experiences, offer opinions – WIBF is a vital, supportive, link between us.

Please, take care of yourselves, your colleagues and families, during this difficult time, and I look forward to engaging with you on one of our many digital events soon.

Best Wishes,
Vivienne Artz
President, WIBF
