Lloyds Banking Group, in collaboration with Women in Banking and Finance, The Return Hub, CFA and Digital Leaders, is delighted to invite you to a Hackathon focused on addressing the gender and diversity imbalance in the technology sector, with a particular lens on the banking industry.

When? Thursday 10th May, 12:30 – 16:30pm

Where? 30 Euston Square, Central London

This event marks a fantastic opportunity to bring together thought leaders from across the banking and technology industries and challenge ourselves to look at things differently.

There are many events debating the gender gap in the industry and whilst progress has been made across the banking and finance industries this is still too slow. This event will bring together leaders from the banking and finance industry and beyond to stimulate fresh thinking and define real practical steps to take forwards.

This event is the first of its kind, inviting delegates to work in small groups ideating around the challenge the industry faces and how this can be addressed; understanding what the future levers of change look like. What can be done to pave the way for women and the broader diversity agenda? What haven’t we already tried? What has worked well in other industries that we could learn from and operationalise? What do the future levers of change look like?

The outputs of the day will be published by LBG in an exclusive Whitepaper – this is your opportunity to be part of the change.

Join us to hear inspirational keynotes, a dynamic panel debate, and take part in an interactive brainstorming session, all followed by networking.
