A big thank you to Tamsin Matthews and a warm welcome to Sarah Gresty! 

Under Tamsin’s guidance, the Thought Leadership programme has gone from strength to strength. Her energy and passion for driving meaningful conversations have left a lasting legacy, and her contributions have had a huge impact. It’s been a pleasure having her on the team and we will  miss her!

As Tamsin hands over the reins, we are thrilled to welcome Sarah Gresty to the team! With 25 years of experience at Barclays, most recently as Head of Product, Wealth Management & Investments, Sarah brings a wealth of expertise and fresh perspectives to WIBF.

Anna Lane also shared her excitement for Sarah’s arrival:

Sarah and Tamsin have been working closely over the past few weeks to ensure a smooth transition, and she is now fully up to speed and ready to hit the ground running.  Sarah said “After being impressed when I attended a WIBF Thought Leadership event in 2024, I’m privileged to now be leading the team that put on these events. I’m looking forward to working with the WIBF partners that kindly host and bring our members together in person and virtually for thought provoking discussions and an opportunity to network. Hope to see you there – our next event – hosted by Wells Fargo is on Wednesday 12 February.”
