Join us to find out what it means to be a mentor, and meet some of our mentors on the programme!

The event is open to everyone who are interested in being a mentor (you don’t have to be a WIBF member).

Recruiting mentors is a pivotal aspect of fostering growth, development, and knowledge transfer within any organisation or community. Effective mentorship programs can significantly impact individual success, team cohesion, and organisational culture.

To ensure the success of such programmes, it is essential to gather committed and capable mentors.

This brief presentation and interactive session aim to outline the importance of mentorship, highlight the qualities of effective mentors, and engage potential mentors in interactive discussions and activities.
