Our six-month mentoring programme is open to all All Access Members.

We’re proud to offer a network of the UK’s most talented financial services professionals as mentors.

Having a mentor can be incredibly valuable, providing you with advice, development and opportunities that support your growth and success.

Our unique cross-sector scheme, designed specifically for financial services professionals, ensures you can access insights and guidance that extend beyond your own organisation. This fresh perspective can be especially powerful in broadening your thinking, building your network and developing your career.

Signing up is simple and takes just 5 to 10 minutes to complete.  The mentoring team will then match you with a mentor within 2 weeks.

user-icon On signing up to the WIBF Mentoring programme, you agree to:

  • Contact your mentor once paired to introduce yourself and organise your first meeting

  • Participate for the full six month period

  • Spend on average one hour a month with your mentor

  • Be prepared for your sessions

  • Respect the time of your mentor. If your situation changes so you are unable to commit fully please contact the operations team to let them know.

  • Send us your feedback through the platform - we’re always looking to make things better!

  • Log in and click your name in the top right corner. Select 'Profile' from the drop down menu (do not select 'Membership' or 'Account' settings!)

  • When you click 'profile' a second drop down box will appear - choose 'edit' and scroll down a little bit until you see ‘Mentoring Information’, select ‘Mentee’ and then scroll to the bottom of the page and click ‘Update Profile’ to make the changes

  • When you click on your name in the top right again you'll see the dropdown list now includes 'Mentoring Platform', click on this and it will take you to the Pushfar page

  • Complete your profile in PushFar giving as much information as possible - then you’re set up

  • If you need any support to complete your profile, go to the lightbulb in PushFar and look for 'PushFar Platform Guidelines' and ‘Guidelines for Mentees’.  An incomplete profile can mean a delay in pairing you.
