Claire is the Chief Executive of the Financial Services Skills Commission, leading work to strengthen skills, talent, and workforce development across UK financial services. With more than 20 years’ experience in skills and economic development across local and central government, Claire is recognised for driving impactful industry partnerships, policy innovation, and social mobility initiatives.
Previously Head of Skills at the City of London Corporation, Claire played a key role in shaping sector-wide talent strategies, including apprenticeships, women’s progression in the workplace, and improving access to professional qualifications for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. She is also a member of the Institute of Leadership and Management and a school governor with a lead focus on careers.

Natasha leads the digital mortgage platform strategy for the UK’s largest mortgage lender - Lloyds Banking Group . With more than 19 years’ experience in digital transformation, she has held senior leadership roles at Amazon, the BBC and Sky, driving large-scale innovation, customer experience and technology transformation.
Recognised as one of the world’s top 50 most influential women in tech, Natasha is passionate about creating a more inclusive industry. She is the founder of the award-winning Empowering Women with Tech initiative, supporting women and underrepresented groups into STEM through mentoring and community engagement.

Simone is UK Finance’s Managing Director for Membership & Governance and UK Finance’s Chief of Staff.
She leads the organisation’s membership strategy, with the aim of enhancing the breadth and depth of member engagement, while effectively communicating the value proposition to our members.
She also oversees the organisation’s corporate and member governance functions, ensuring that we work with members in a fair and transparent manner while adhering to the commitments set out in the Member Governance Charter. She also leads UK Finance’s business planning activities.

Lucy was appointed Chief Operating Officer for TD Securities Europe in June 2021. Lucy supports the advancement of Europe’s overall business strategies, overseeing all Operational functions performed in the Region including the business operations, technology, governance, and initiative portfolio teams.
Lucy is client-oriented, with a strong track record of building, managing, and motivating local and global teams across diverse businesses and product areas. She is passionate about all aspects of diversity and inclusion and is the Executive Sponsor of TD’s LGBTQ+ group in Europe.
Prior to joining TD, Lucy spent over 13 years with Goldman Sachs International and Goldman Sachs Asset Management. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and was called to the Bar in 2004. Lucy is based in London, UK.
