Women in Banking and Finance (WIBF), in collaboration with Women in Tax, is hosting an evening focused on building confidence and capability in personal finance, kindly hosted by Ascot Lloyd Financial Planning at Urban HQ.

6pm - Keynote speakers and panel
- Investing with confidence - Casey Graham, Ascot Lloyd Financial Planning, explores the basics of the psychology of investing - why we can feel nervous about risk, how to think about investing with confidence, the benefits of investing and the power of compounded growth, the female investment/pension gap, and why taking ownership of your long-term financial plan matters.
- Understanding your payslip - Charlotte Press, Gray & Press Accountants / Women in Tax, will lead a practical session on the importance of understanding your payslip, helping you make sense of what you earn, what’s deducted, and how to spot what to look out for.
Panel discussion & Q&A
WIBF will lead a panel discussion/case study and open Q&A with Casey and Charlotte - bringing the topics to life and giving you the chance to ask questions in a friendly, judgement-free space.

As a Financial Planning Director at Ascot Lloyd, Casey gets great satisfaction from helping clients understand what is financially possible. She takes a holistic approach to financial planning, covering a variety of areas, including retirement planning, investment strategy, legacy and tax saving solutions and wealth protection. She's passionate about simplifying complexities and money jargon, and helping clients to feel more in control of their financial future.

Charlotte is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Advisor and Founding Partner of Gray & Press Accountants, a Belfast-based firm specialising in fast-growth businesses. After university, her time with PwC's Assurance and Business Advisory Team took her from Belfast to London and Sydney, working across Owner Managed Businesses to Multinational listed PLCs.
On returning home, Charlotte combined advising companies on taxation - from start-up to exit - with serving as CFO of a large portfolio business. Clients choose Charlotte because she understands every aspect of the deal, having raised funds for founders, provided insights to investors, and negotiated exits for family-owned businesses.
Alongside her work with fast-growth businesses, Charlotte is passionate about empowering women. As Chair of the Women in Tax NI Committee, she continually works to bring females together.

Siobhan is a Corporate Account Manager at HSBC with 19 years in financial services. A award-winning professional, she was named Business Development Manager of the Year at the 2021 British Mortgage Awards and featured on the 2025 Best Women Mortgage Leaders UK Elite Women List.
As Chair of WIBF Northern Ireland and Lead of WIBF's UK Personal Excellence Programme for three years, she organises expert-led workshops covering personal development, career growth, leadership, and key issues such as the gender pay gap, menopause, and imposter syndrome — tailored to women at every career stage.
Passionate about diversity and female representation in the mortgage industry, Siobhan coaches and mentors women to elevate their careers. She holds a Masters in Corporate Governance and is committed to preparing the future workforce and educating young people on finance and careers.

Aimee Bullock is a Director in the Banking & Finance team at Tughans LLP, bringing experience gained in-house within global financial institutions, at consultancy roles in the financial services sector, and in private practice at one of Northern Ireland’s leading corporate law firms. She currently advises lenders, borrowers and financial institutions on a broad spectrum of commercial and corporate finance matters.
Aimee also serves as Head of Thought Leadership for Women in Banking & Finance (WIBF) in Northern Ireland, where she assists with the development of skills-focused programmes and thought leadership initiatives designed to support the progression and visibility of women across the financial services sector.

Victoria is a Senior Actuarial Manager within Insurance Finance at Lloyds Banking Group (LBG), working within Finance Change. Victoria started as an intern at LBG and worked in a variety of Pricing, Technical and Change roles on her journey to becoming a qualified actuary.
Victoria leads in various Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives at LBG. As part of this, Victoria volunteers with the Career Development workstream of the LBG Women’s Network, Breakthrough, and co-leads her divisional DE&I committee.
Victoria is a strong advocate for fostering inclusive workplace culture and is passionate about equal progression opportunities. She believes it is crucial to recognise and embrace our individual differences in the workplace, valuing a diversity of input and ensuring everyone can reach their full potential. Victoria is excited to get more involved with WIBF as part of the FLSB to champion for positive change within the banking and finance sector.
