About this event
Join WIBF for a practical and thought-provoking session on inclusion, focused on the small actions and leadership behaviours that make a real difference at work.
We’ll start with an insight from Claire McCleery, Director of JAM Card™ (Just a Minute), who’ll explain how JAM Card supports people with autism and other invisible disabilities by discreetly signalling that someone may need a little extra time, patience, or understanding. Claire will share what JAM Card is, how it’s used in everyday situations, and why awareness and simple adjustments can transform experiences for customers and colleagues alike.
Following this, Claire will be joined by a panel for a discussion on Inclusive Leadership in the workplace, exploring how organisations can bring inclusion to life through practical support and best practice. The panel will cover workplace adjustments, neurodivergence, supporting carers, and creating inclusive cultures where difference is understood, valued, and enabled.
