About this year's awards

The WIBF awards were the first in the UK to focus on the achievements of women and on initiatives by financial and professional services firms to help ensure gender equity progresses. WIBF Scotland are proud to present the WIBF Awards for a third consecutive year in our nation's capital! Join us at The Mound for an evening where we celebrate our successes in Scotland. The evening will also allow us the chance to recognise the efforts of individuals who continue to drive change today.

This event is kindly hosted by Lloyds Banking Group and we look forward to you joining us for an evening of great conversations and a fantastic opportunity to network with leaders and peers in the industry.

Jen Mair, WIBF Scotland Chair will welcome everyone before we hear from our keynote speaker, Rozanne Shepherd, Lloyds Banking Group.  We will then join the live stream from our London ceremony as the awards are announced, and celebrate with any winners from Scotland as they receive their trophies.  Our local NSPCC representative will share details of their work and impact across Scotland before we get back to networking.

Your tickets also include food, drinks and music and there will be a raffle with all proceeds going to NSPCC, our charity partner. More details about our speakers will be published in the coming weeks as we count down to the event itself on 13 November 2025. Please note that tickets are available on a first come, first served basis.

Our dress code for this year for all our locations is A Splash of Green. A colour strongly associated with the suffragette movement and that symbolised hope, we want our awards to channel the aspirations and determination to see change of all those who paved the way for women to be able to take their rightful place in society.

Please note there will be a photographer present throughout the ceremony and celebrations. If you do not wish to be photographed, please make the photographer aware.
