Mariette Richardson

Mariette Richardson, a published author and seasoned speaker, has recently unveiled her second book, She Speaks Like A Leader, drawing from her extensive background as a company director, business leader, radio and television presenter and public performance coach. Her first book, "Free The Hidden Speaker Inside – How your Voice can make you Money and give you the Life you Desire," was a finalist in the Business Book Awards 2021. Critics wrote it’s “...an inspirational and compassionate book challenging you to confront your uncertainties about speaking”.

As an Ambassador for the Institute of Directors, Mariette offers a workshop titled, "In A Manner of Speaking." Her company, My Voice UK Ltd, provides tailored coaching to corporates and individuals, both one-on-one and in group settings. Mariette's philosophy is clear: A genuine message emanates from the heart, not the page.
